* Cancellations:

If a booking is cancelled but is able to be re-let for the same period (thus avoiding any financial loss), payments will be refunded in full less an administration charge of $25. Subject to adequate notice, re-letting is seldom a problem, but late cancellations can potentially result in a refund not being provided. Refunds are also not provided if an occupant elects to vacate the site prior to the intended date of departure. The administration fee on refunds is AU$20.00

Tariffs (per night for two persons):

Cabins - Off Peak Midweek - $80, Saturday - $120. Peak: $120 - $140. BYO bedding (sheets, blankets, towels, pillows) or once off fee of $10 per bed.

Apartments - Off Peak Midweek - $150, Saturday - $175. Peak - $220 - $250. All bedding supplied.

Peak Periods are January, Long Weekends and Grand Prix. Normal Periods are all other times.

Deposits: Reservations are essential for: ● Christmas/January ● Long Weekends ● Easter - Minimum booking periods apply during these periods and payment of 30% of total balance is required in advance. All other times require one nights deposit paid in advance. Reservations are desirable at all other times and particularly so for weekends between September and April, Melbourne Cup and school holidays.

Arrivals and Departures: Check In Time - After 2.00 PM, Check Out Time - By 10.00 AM - Earlier "check ins" and late "check outs" may be possible, but prior arrangements must be made.

200 metres to Beach.

Short drive to Wineries and Golf Courses. Half way between Phillip Island Penguin Parade and Wilsons Promontory National Park.
